We currently do not have any properties available. To be on our waitlist and have first access to any upcoming properties, you must apply and be approved. Below are the steps to be an approved application on our waiting list.

1. Request a waitlist application by emailing leasing@wymaproperties.com with the subject "waitlist application". Please be sure to include your name, email address, phone number, and a brief description of what type of property you are interested in. For Example: 3 bedroom, Single Family Home in Kentwood OR 2 bedroom apartment in Grandville
2. Once we receive your email, an application will be emailed to you. Please be sure to review the application requirements before proceeding. The requirements are listed on the first page of the application as well as here.
3. If your application meets the published requirements and is approved, you'll be put on our waitlist. Every application is timestamped will be first come, first serve based on the time your application was submitted.
